Wednesday

Breakfast

1 protein pancake with raspberries, topped with one teaspoon of peanut butter and 1/3 of a banana
2 slices of turkey bacon

snack: one hard boiled egg white

Lunch: I had a slice of ham and a slice of cheese when I made  Cody's ham and cheese melt. It looked so good! I then had half of a very large apple, a few carrot sticks and 2 hard boiled egg whites. To drink I had  a diet soda sweetened with stevia, so its all natural and chemical free.


 I need to up my water today. Cody doesn't sound very thrilled about salads tonight, but he can grab a cheeseburger if he wants since I am cooking.

Sunday through Tuesday....

Sunday was a planned cheat day. I have a protein shake in the morning that was made with protein powder, some coconut milk, raspberries  and 1/3 of a banana. It was good.

Then the Super Bowl food....Dun....dun....dun....

3 chicken wings
5 bagel bites
4 jalapeno peppers
1 handful of gummy bear


Monday was much better.

Breakfast: 2.5 scrambled eggs with garlic and two pieces of turkey bacon
One cup of coffee with a tablespoon if unsweetened coconut creamer

Lunch: one tangelo

Dinner: It was date night and had sushi. The white rice is not healthy, but definitely a health meal!

Tuesday could have been better.

Breakfast: Nothing. I was in a hurry. I should have at least made a protein shake

Lunch: I was in Ashland with, Cody. I suggested that we go to Café Nom Yen. I can get grilled chicken and steamed veggies there and its awesome. It didn't sound good to him. I should have insisted that we go healthy, but I caved. I had a large piece of cheese pizza and a few breadsticks. I felt sluggish afterward.


Dinner: My body is not working so great and I have been backed up for days. It is really uncomfortable. I made my turkey taco salad (99% fat free turkey, onions, peppers, garlic, taco seasoning and olives) on topped of mixed greens with lime, cilantro, hot sauce and a tiny bit (1 tsp) of sour cream. I skipped the taco shell. I made a small salad and I have only been able to eat half. I am going to make a pot of coffee and I made some tea that is supposed to help things out. Blah.

I am going to start logging my food. I plan to log my food on fitday to break down my calories and macro nutrients. This blog is a quick synopsis of what I ate each day and for the days that I don't have time to log everything into fit day. Today I weighed 1#6.2.  I was 10 lbs lighter in December. If I miss a day of logging, I am committing myself to 3 extra minutes on Jacob's Ladder for each day missed.

Breakfast:

Coffee with vanilla coconut milk creamer. Cutting out the vanilla flavor as it has unneeded sugar.

3 pieces of turkey bacon. I should have ate two and not cooked extra!

1 protein  pancake (protein powder, soy flour, raspberries, coconut milk, and cinnamon), with one teaspoon of peanut butter on top

Snack: 1 medium sized tangelo

I have ate plenty of food, but I feel more hungry today than usually. I suspect it is due to stress and hormones. I will drink green tea with lemon and drink water today to help curb it.

I had a sore tooth. I had some oatmeal and half of a banana.

For dinner I had a rum and diet coke to help the pain and I just ended up with a head that made it worse. Not the brightest moment of my life!
